Question 1

How much does permanent lighting cost?

Accepted Answer

Every home is different, so we don't publish one-size pricing. Your quote depends on the footage of roofline and architecture you want lit. We measure your home and give you an exact number in a free estimate — and financing is available if you'd rather spread it out.

Question 2

Is permanent lighting worth it?

Accepted Answer

If you hang lights every year, the math usually works out: one install replaces years of paying for seasonal hanging and takedown, and you get everyday accent lighting the rest of the year. It also means no ladders, no clips, and no storage bins.

Question 3

What exactly is permanent holiday lighting?

Accepted Answer

It's a low-voltage LED system installed once, in a color-matched track tucked under your eaves so it's nearly invisible by day. From your phone you pick any color or scene — warm white for every evening, red and green for Christmas, orange for Halloween, your team's colors on game day.

Question 4

How long do the lights last?

Accepted Answer

The LEDs are rated for 100,000 hours. The system is built for year-round outdoor use in Tennessee weather, and it's backed by a lifetime product warranty plus a 5-year service warranty from our local Mt. Juliet crew.

Question 5

Will you see the lights during the day?

Accepted Answer

Barely. The track is color-matched to your trim and precision-installed under the eave, so the system disappears by day and only shows when it's lit.

Question 6

Can I control the colors and schedules myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everything runs from an app on your phone — pick colors, build scenes, animate them, and schedule them so the house lights itself for every holiday and game day.

Question 7

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Mt. Juliet and serve Middle Tennessee, including Nashville, Franklin, Murfreesboro, Lebanon, Brentwood, Gallatin, Hendersonville, Thompson's Station, and Nolensville.

Question 8

Why choose Firefly?

Accepted Answer

We're a local Mt. Juliet crew, not a franchise or a seasonal outfit — and we service the work ourselves. Every install is precision-fitted under the eave in a color-matched track that disappears by day, on marine-grade components backed by a lifetime product warranty and a 5-year service warranty. We've lit hundreds of Middle Tennessee homes, we'll show your home lit in every scene before you commit, and financing is available if you'd rather spread the cost out. And the feedback we keep getting back is the same two things: how easy we were to work with, and that the finished result exceeded what they expected.

Question 9

How do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

Call us at (615) 879-6498 or send the form on our homepage. You can also try our visualizer first — upload a photo of your home and see it lit in every scene before we ever visit.
